An NGO wishes to raise $50,000:
A first sale (Presale) of 1,001 NFTs sold at $10 ($10,010) and allocated for holders. The collection will feature traits unique to this sale and the full set of operation perks (airdrops, passive income, etc.).
A second sale (Public sale 1) of 1500 NFTs sold at $13 ($19,500). These NFTs will also benefit from differents traits and exclusive utilities compared to the third and final sale.
A third sale (Public sale 2) of 1366 NFTs sold at a price of $15 ($20,490). The NFTs in this collection will also have dedicated and slightly less prominent traits than the previous two.
We are convinced that offering a bridge between the current blockchain applications and NFTs will be able to offer a refreshed donation system that is becoming obsolete. Keeping in mind that the increase in annual donations has been growing less and less quickly in recent years. In the United States, for example, the annual rate of increase went from +5.1% in 2019 to +4% in 2020.

Each donor will receive an NFT based on their donation, but also a donation certificate certified by the partner association. The owner will have to connect to a site, identify himself and prove that he has purchased this NFT and will have a diploma like certificate. Non-fungible tokens (or NFTs) offer advantages such as being unique and unforgeable. Also, the NFT ecosystem is extremely community-driven which helps building traction around our platform, especially when a holder displays his NFT on his social networks. We believe in organic exposure.
We will also develop with the NGOs the advantages brought by purchasing and holding those NFTs. We are convinced that even if the main goal of a donor is to participate in the financing of a cause that is dear to him, it is important to add a Web3 component with rewards and advantages. Those benefits should be as relevant as possible to the mission of each of the associations.
Here are several examples of benefits we have already thought of:
merchandising (clothing, NGOs branded accessories)
meeting with the association on their office
calls with team members
immersive trips
We want to retain donors by setting up a rewards mechanism linked to investments made on our platform. This mechanism is still in development but it could be used as points on a marketplace with whitelists, free mints and many other "products".
We have a strong legal team of lawyers specializing in NGOs taxation and foundations who are working on a file allowing tax exemption for crypto donations. The regulations in this area are still immature, and unharmonized from country to country. Thus, the Elrond Seals project will begin its development in France before extending to Europe and other regions of the world.
